- Schedule a time to check the emails
4.Surfing The Internet Every Time
There is a Flow to determine the productivity. If you want to engage a topic, it takes you 15 consecutive minutes of focus. Some people surf the internet frequently to check the Facebook, or News or etc so this misses the Flow.
According to the research, people who miss the Flow can do less work than people in a flow state.
