Do you need a credit card for the trial?
Not at all. During your trial, you will not need a credit card. You can update your card if you wish, but we will not bill you anything until your trial is over.

Yes, of course, we do. If you have any such requests, speak to support, and we will almost always try to develop this time clock feature for you. This will not change your pricing.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You have complete control of your account. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time from your billing page. There are no contracts or hidden fees.
Are time clock features missing during the 14-day trial?
No, You will get access to all the time clock features and will be able to try out ClockIt for 14 days before making a decision.

Yes, as with all cloud-based tools. You are entitled to all future releases of ClockIt within your pricing plan. We will ensure you have the best time clock features, software, and app to run your business.

Does ClockIt support on-site installs?
Unfortunately no. ClockIt is designed to work only on our servers, and we cannot install this on your infrastructure.
